Years after a climb, the memories still remain strong. It is interesting to see what has happened to those who made the climb. How many of those who made the climb will continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle? That is the key question. So many just drift back into their "old" lifestyles and soon, they are that lazy TV-bound person again. Sad, ain't it??

So many people don't realize that it is not starting well that is the key. It is finishing well that determines real success. I have so many friends who have succumbed to heart attacks and cancer. Could they have averted their fate? I believe they could have, but maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires discipline and determination, 2 of the most difficult elements in daily living.

Come climb the hills of Kuala Lumpur with me when you can. Who knows? You may avoid a life threatening disease because you took these steps.
